Doggy
My husband and I have recently gotten a miniature smooth Daschshund (some people call it Teckel). The boy is very needy of human companion. We no longer have a chance to get out of our house often. Here is the links for those interested in the breed.

Fishy
My husband and I have two fish tanks at our place. The first one is a 60-gallon rock tank with with cichlids from Lake Tanganyika: lemon cichlids (Neolamprologus leleupi), brichardis (Neolamprologus brichardi) and convict julies (Julidochromis regani). Our second tank is a 30-gallon plant tank. Here is a list of "fish" links that we like.

Photography
My hobby is landscape photography. I did a lot of that when I was a graduate student at UCLA because it was so convenient to go to national parks in California, Utah and Arizona. Also, the cost of developing is cheap. A&I, one of the best slide labs in the U.S. happens to locate in LA and provides discounts for students. I can just get my slides developed in half a day. (My main film is Fuji Velvia.) If you are interested in photography, check out these links.
