Welcome to the Site

My name is Dhanoos Sutthiphisal. (Dh=T in Sanskrit. So, it is actually pronounced as Ta-nud Sud-ti-pi-san.) But, you should just call me Dee! I am an assistant professor of economics at McGill University. My fields of interests are economic history, industrial organization as well as economic development, technological change and growth. Please see the teaching section for further information on the courses and my office hours.

Please do not contact me for employment or graduate admission. I am not looking for a new research assistant nor am I in the McGill Economics graduate admission committee.
